Introducing our new FREE app for iPhone and Android.

We are happy to say that we are releasing our very first mobile app where you are able to check out the latest workouts, healthy food recipes, along with being able to sign up for our camps. You are also able to see the times and dates that they will be held on. We are trying to make it a more convenient for all of you to be able to connect with us along with us to be able to connect with you. If you are always on the go and don't have time to always check your email I strongly encourage you to check out this app. Its quick and easy to navigate for users that don't have a lot of app background. We promise to update you weekly on the latest news about us! We sure hope you enjoy our new app and find it super friendly! Let us know what you think about it, we always enjoy customer feedback.

PS: Thanks to everyone who came out to our customer appreciation day on Saturday, It really was great success. I couldn't believe the amount of people. Like we said, we  couldn't do it without YOU!

We appreciate YOU, our customers! We can't thank you all enough for supporting our small business we have been building this past year that we want to give back to you for doing so. March 18th we will be having a friendly tournament for everyone that is on our mailing list/ or attends our camps. It is going to be a round robin tournament so everyone will be put into a pool play and then winners/ losers will be put into their bracket play. We will be grilling out which will include, hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken and brats. Along with drinks. Their will also be a DJ that will be providing music along with other games such as bean bags and volley pong. We hope to see you all there, we can't wait to be able to enjoy this day with you. We wouldn't be Set and Spike Volleyball Camp without you all.

When: Saturday March 18th starting at 9 am- whenever the last team is done.

Location: Wagner's Lanes in Eau Claire.

Lets keep it clean and beautiful!

Communities all over the word take America for granted sometimes and it shows. The month of April has Earth Day along with Arbor Day which are big supporters of Keeping America Beautiful. This month especially along with other months lets try to make sure not to throw our trash our the window, and litter in the parking lots. We want to live in a place where it is clean and not have to see trash all around. In order to support Keep America Beautiful, Set and Spike will be going out into our community to help pick up the trash that has been laying around. We want to be living in a clean state, don't you? 

Another thing we are releasing this week is our very first commercialL. Be sure to go check it out below. Our winner from last week is showing us fundamentals. Stay tuned for more details on when our camps will be starting up.

Sports stats in seconds!

This week here at Set and Spike we have been browsing the internet to find some great sites that keep you up to date with the latest sports stats, blogs, and what's currently trending. I recently came across the site called Sportslobster and it is just a site for you sport lovers. This site was created in 2013 so it is fairly new. Once you register you are received a personal profile page where you can post all types of blogs, photographs, and videos. This site has the same layout as Facebook because you are able to personalize a cover photo along with a profile picture that will display on your website.

We know that many of you are busy and don't have time to check many different sites to get your favorite sport/ sports team stats. So by visiting Sportslobster you are just clicks away from finding what you are looking for on just ONE site. I found this site very helpful and I hope you do as well.

Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! I am sure tired of the cold weather we are having here. With not wanting to leave my house I had time to set up a Pinterest account so that all of you could see workouts that might be helpful, volleyball apparel, healthy eating and much more.
